The Augé Microtechnic Group anticipates the future and takes action in order to every one progress. We always have a culture imbued with the transmission of our knowledges and we encourage skilfulness. If we call on external organisations to host qualifying training sessions or improve specific knowledges, such as materials knowledge and negociating for example, training takes also place internally by tutoring or mentoring and thanks to the knowledge and know-how sharing between all collaborators.

Every year we welcome apprentices in the workshops as well as in technical or administrative services, whether we have vacancies or not. It is one of our contributions to recurrent training and skills development in the industry.


« I joined the AMTE company as an apprentice as part of a vocational sandwich course baccalaureate. I had started my studies at the Faculty of Law but I did not find a great interest there. I have worked currently in the company for 7 years and became maintenance tool-maker. My aim is to reach the best technicians’ level. »
